We have 3 rooms for guided activities with more than 100 weekly sessions for both adults and children, as well as a fitness room, weight training, personal training, and electrostimulation. Put yourself in the hands of our team and achieve the results you want in a safe and healthy way. Our SPA is perfect to enjoy alone or in company, because true well-being starts by feeling relaxed and disconnecting from your daily routine in one of the largest water centers in Cantabria. And in summer, enjoy our outdoor pool. If you need to take care of your beauty, in our Esthetics Cabinet you will find the best facial and body treatments, massages. We also have the latest techniques: cavitation, radiofrequency, pressotherapy, laser hair removal, Indiba... Our Physiotherapy department will ensure that no injury interferes with your sports routine. We are a reference center for treatment in aquatic, neurological, pediatric, and pain environments. Alday Kids is where the little ones can start sports like our Swimming School for Children and Babies, or Karate.
